Once you’ve decided which property is the one for you, you’ll be passed over to our customer support team, who will join you virtually, and take you through the online interactive signing process from the comfort of your sofa! Again, any questions or concerns you might have can be answered at any time during the meeting, we’re here to help as much as possible, and make sure the property you choose is right for you!
It’s as easy as that! Once you’re signed, the property will be taken off any further viewings and is officially yours! Our team will explain the next steps to you to make sure you know what to expect next, and then we’ll end by taking a quick photo of you and your housemates, which will be sent through to you to keep and put up in your new home!
