With a location to suit everyone, the Burley and Burley Park areas of Leeds attract a fantastically diverse group of residents with plenty of students drawn to the area due to its proximity and ease of transport to all universities, resulting in a good range of student houses in Burley providing a range of accommodation for University students. In recent years, a host of independent cafes and restaurants have sprung up to join the more established chains, and the area boasts some of Leeds’ best pubs and leisure options; all within walking distance from much of the area's student accommodation. With its own train station and various bus routes into the city and beyond, transport is excellent and Leeds Trinity University students will find it particularly handy as the Burley Park train station has a route straight through to your University campus. Kirkstall Abbey is also a short walk away and a perfect spot for picnics in summer; look out also for the outside theatre and events that are often hosted on site. Popular Hyde Park and Headingley are a short walk away, and Burley really is in a great spot with plenty to offer in its own right and Burley has plenty of student rental options.
